Overview:Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), a non-profit leader in the senior living/hospitality industry, is seeking a highly skilled team-oriented Accountant to join our team. This full-time position will be based out of our home office in Medford, Oregon.
What youll be doing:
You'll work closely with our dedicated facility personnel to address day-to-day accounting needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our general ledger reconciliation and financial statement preparation. Your responsibilities will also include providing necessary support for external auditors and actively participating in the annual audit process. As you grow with us, you'll have the opportunity to delve into more challenging aspects of accounting, gaining valuable experience and helping to streamline our operations for greater efficiency.
About you:
Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
Three (3) year of experience in an accounting setting.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Understanding of GAAP, Excel, business contracts, internal control procedures and other outside reporting principles and regulations.
Execute responsibilities in a highly accurate and timely manner, understanding that incorrect or untimely reporting could negatively impact business decisions or outcomes.

Compensation: $62,560 - $78,200 / annually DOE
