What you will need to do as our Client Service Representative.
* This position is primarily responsible for providing telephone customer support and account management services by performing the following duties.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts.
* Answer calls, questions and recommend corrective actions to address customer issues.
* Become the trusted advisor to key decision makers by establishing and developing close business relationships.
* Manage tactical issues, such as, order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management and shipment issues between IFS and assigned customers
* Enter orders into IFS operating system as required by customer.
* Enter new customer data, maintain each customers product or service offering in the IFS operating system.
* Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts.
* Prepares reports as required by each customer.
* Other duties as may be assigned.
You must have
* Associate or bachelors degree received or in progress preferred
* Three years of experience in a customer service environment preferred but not required.
* Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
* Written Communications- Communicate promptly and accurately to customers requests
* Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
* Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
* Innovation - Meets challenges with resourcefulness. Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.
