About the Customer Service Team
The Customer Service team at LifeStation is responsible for providing exceptional service to new and existing customers with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers and making them our strongest advocates. About the Call Center Supervisor Position

You will be responsible for enhancing the life of our agents so that they are empowered and inspired to provide outstanding service to our customers that drives our fast-growing business to new heights.

What You Will Be Doing:
Creating and leading a fun call center working environment while inspiring exceptional performance
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on LifeStation products, processes and procedures
Effectively managing all Key Performance Indicators, scheduling and attendance, and the overall quality of service delivered by your team
Monitoring your teams daily customer interactions, providing constructive feedback and improving agent performance
Handling and resolving escalated customer service issues
Ensuring proper and consistent communication across several different departments within the company
Proactively identifying potential issues and recommend enhancements to existing processes and procedures in order to achieve best practices across the department
Requirements:
Call Center Supervisor Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have an engaging personality and thrive in fast paced environments
Minimum 3 years supervisory and management experience in a fast-paced call center?
Ability to inspire a team and effectively mentor and lead by example
AA or BA college degree is strongly preferred
Must have excellent computer and communication skills
