In order to continue our rapid growth and success in providing compliance, planning, and consulting services to our clients, were currently seeking an Audit Partner to be a growth engine for our Cincinnati practice.

In this highly visible role, youll be responsible for designing, leading and building the audit practice focused on audit compliance and consulting for middle-market, private equity backed and public companies. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of middle market commercial industries including (manufacturing, distribution, retail), , and/or . This position will be based in Cincinnati and relocation assistance may be provided. Limited travel should be expected. Your key responsibilities will include:

Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Cincinnati audit practice, as well as support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan.

Ensure discipline around execution of Service Line business processes and Firm business practices for the Cincinnati audit practice.

Manage the utilization and productivity of professionals in the practice to achieve operational and financial targets.

Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technical expertise.

Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders.

Develop the Cincinnati audit annual budget and drive results against budget and key performance indicators throughout the year for the practice.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting. Masters preferred.

Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license.

Minimum of 15 years experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm.

Demonstrated experience in driving growth and building an office, practice, industry group, service line or similar.

Ability to drive success through the influencing of Partners and staff.
