Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
Coordinate and attend showings and open houses
Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other necessary paperwork
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good knowledge of local housing market
