Job summary
Position Summary:* Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Persistent Attack and Reconnaissance Division (A3M) is the Combat Air Force (CAF) focal point responsible for organizing, training, and equipping four weapon systems; developing the associated policy, doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to ensure CAF readiness; and conducting combat crew training to meet Combatant Command requirements. Broadleaf contractors provide support to HQ ACC/A3M and accomplish the ACC Director of Operations (ACC/A3s) responsibility to organize, train, and equip the CAF.
Position Description:
* Perform information management and administrative support for the division chief and deputy, maintain division chief and deputys office calendars, monitor organizational box, assign taskers to correct OPR, and receive telephone calls ascertaining the nature of the calls.
* Manage and create all travel requests for the division chief and deputies through the Defense Travel System (DTS). Assist in filing travel vouchers through DTS.
* In/Out process personnel to or from the division.
* Provide telephone and receptionist services.
* Edit, modify, and maintain the A3M Division calendar with personal schedule to include appointments, leave, vacation and travel.
* Maintain inventory and submit requests for administrative office supplies and equipment for the A3M Division.
* Reserve rooms for meetings.
* File material and maintain office-filing systems.
* Review outgoing correspondence, reports, etc., for format, grammar, and punctuation, and correct typographical and spelling errors.
* Write simple or repetitive, non-technical correspondence such as letters of acknowledgment IAW a given format.
* Perform typing, stenographic, or transcribing duties.
* Keep abreast of various procedural requirements; for example, procedures required to process travel vouchers.
* Maintain information needed for budget purposes.
* Make travel arrangements.
* Get fully trained in DTS (Government-provided training).
* Make arrangements for large conferences.
* Compose complex, but non-technical, correspondence, locate, and assemble information for various reports, briefings, conferences, etc.
* Follow up with staff members to ensure that various commitments made at conferences and meetings are met.
* Implement and maintain office-filing systems.
* Plan and arrange the maintenance and preparation of information needed for budget reports.
* Organize the flow of clerical processes in the office and in subordinate offices.
* Shred Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs papers as requested.
* Perform duties as Client Systems Technician (CST) and ISSO for NIPRNET, SIPRNET.

Experience:
* Five (5) years of Information management experience in military and civilian personnel functions and records management to include: MILPDS, RIMS, AFRIMS, or equivalent systems.
* Three (3) years of experience in military personnel mobility program management and ancillary training management.
