On behalf of our esteemed client, we are currently seeking a licensed therapist (LP, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for a full-time position in both Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client care, possess strong initiative and self-motivation, and exhibit creativity and innovation in their therapeutic approach.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments for new clients.
Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records for outpatient clients.
Coordinate care effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Manage an independent schedule and caseload efficiently.
Requirements:
Hold a valid license as a Mental Health Professional (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LP).
For candidates in training, a minimum of 10 months of clinical experience is required, with an active pursuit of licensure (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT).
Compensation:
Competitive pay structure with a 70/30 split for fully licensed clinicians.
