The automotive business is evolving and at Flow Automotive Companies, our Customer Relationship Center is an industry leader in digital sales, customer service, and service reservations. Flow Digital Sales and Service Agents enjoy an extensive benefits package, excellent pay.Our agents ask and answer questions and provide valuable information via email, phone, chat, and text for customers who are shopping for their next new or pre-owned vehicle. They set quality appointments for 50 Flow stores and 24 brands across North Carolina and Virginia from our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Winston-Salem.
Through our training program, we are able to on-board team members from many professional backgrounds and help them find success in a new career. If you have experience with sales, customer service, telephone sales, reservations booking, as a server, bartender, or anywhere in the automotive industry and are passionate about serving customers we want to hear from you!
Objectives of the Role:
Provide exceptional customer care, brand experience, and transparent communication
Personalize interactions by asking informed questions to learn customers needs and wants
Share valuable product information with creative written communication and use of technological solutions
Customize quotes, build profiles, and cultivate ideal vehicle or service experiences
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Guide customers through the options to purchase a vehicle digitally
Responsibilities:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Work quickly and efficiently through opportunities to maximize customer contacts
Make or take between 60 and 100 calls per day and write between 40 - 60 emails and texts per day
Collaborate with store personnel, brand representatives, and the marketing team
Maintain current product knowledge and meet scheduled training requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to be paid more for working harder and have control over your income
Ability to master digital communication and customer management platforms
Ingenuity to apply product and brand knowledge in creative, helpful ways
Conscientious, professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
