Responsibilities:
Manage Plexis Claims Manager system and other Business Office / Managed Care applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting. Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the systems. Supports Business Office / Managed Care staff with report building and tasking, file transfers. Acts as a liaison between Business Office / Managed Care, IT (Information Technology), Third Party Vendors and Health Plans.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelors Degree in clinical healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
2. Current Microsoft SQL Certification preferred.
3. 2 years work experience in a Managed Care setting required with emphasis on Analytics, EDI, X12, FTP, and data mining, preferred.
4. Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, vendors, trading partners, and co-workers.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $24.00 to $36.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
