We are seeking a Regional Traveling Recruiter. *****Must be able to travel up to 75% of the work time**** Requirements/ Skills Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 3 years of professional experience; recruiting, operations, customer service or training capability preferred Ability and comfort level to approach potential applicants in the market Strong proficiency in computer programs and applications, experience in Kronos onboarding and scheduling systems preferred Strong communication skills and ability to utilize multiple formats of communication (email, phone, text, in-person) Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to travel 75% of the work time Responsibilities: Organize, coordinate, and host Hiring Events, both locally and across the region as needed and requested California Colorado Oregon Washington Wyoming Texas Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company's reputation as "best places to work" Partner with leadership teams to identify target skill sets, markets, and critical openings to plan an individualized approach to reach and engage with the largest number of candidates possible Manage multiple programs and projects related to long-term talent acquisition strategies and focus areas, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting, vendor engagements, and partner organizations Position reports to the West Regional Manager
