Job summary
Job DescriptionThe Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst ensures the appropriate access and security of STCU assets by delivering joiner, mover and leaver administration for the organization. This role executes IAM processes, facilitates access request workflows and provides direct service to stakeholders. This role assists in the effective delivery of services on the IAM program strategic roadmap by coordinating with the IAM Engineer to incorporate user experience feedback, input functionality requirements and provide documentation for the ITSM knowledge base. The IAM Analyst serves as an ambassador of the IAM Program within the organization.

Core Job Requirements/Outcomes
Facilitate and guide the implementation of Identity Governance processes, including but not limited to access provisioning, access termination, request and approval and access reviews by assisting in the execution of strategies related to scaling IAM processes and initiatives.
Capture IAM use cases to evaluate, collect, and document IAM requirements and processes by collaborating with business stakeholders. Assist with incident escalation, enhancement requests, and evaluation of risks.
Demonstrate proficiency with Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, LDAP Directory Services, support implementation of Identity Governance and Privileged Access tools, enterprise wide authentication strategies, and Cloud Technology by assisting with administration of services that adhere to the principal of least privilege.
Assist with Data Normalization activities and correction of data discrepancies by communicating with stakeholders on a continual and regular basis. Ensure user experience considerations are documented and incorporated into the program design and delivered solutions.

Ensure value delivery and encourage continuous improvement within the IAM program by translating a clear understanding of business needs into effective and efficient IAM processes and documentation of services.
