Red Bull sales trainees will be responsible for providing support for sales routes, servicing and improving Red Bull Energy Drink standards in a given geographical territory, delivery and merchandising of Red Bull promotions and infrastructure. During the initial and ongoing training the following skill sets will be addressed and developed; brand education, personal organization, merchandising strategy, customer relations and communication excellence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support your team by providing help with sales, merchandising, route coverage and store resets.
Train with one of our trainers or members of management to understand skills and processes needed to be successful.
Service and improve Red Bull standards in a given territory with a willingness to travel up to 2 days/ week (no more than 8 days/ month) to support other territories
Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized.
Merchandise and reset stores to meet the standards set forth by the customer, Red Bull and our company.
Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability.
Support the execution of promotional activity and growth sales directives.
Maximize your potential, your customers potential and your companys potential by communicating, growing and addressing needs.

Requirements:
Beverage industry experience (Preferred)
2 years of Customer Service experience
A team player
Willingness to learn sales procedures
Knowledge of how to get to a decision maker
A clean driving record No more than two events (accidents or tickets) each year for the past 5 years
No Driving while Intoxicated charges during the last 5 years
Must pass drug test
Excellent physical and mental health
The ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
Willingness to travel up to 8 days/ month
