Working as a Residential Plumber at our company, you will help assist in the diagnosis, repair, and sales of plumbing products and equipment for homeowners.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM (occasional nights and weekends)
OFFICE LOCATION: 9609 Girard Ave South, Bloomington, MN, 55431
NUMBER OF HIRES NEEDED: 2
EXPECTED HIRE DATE: 3 - 7 Business Days
JOB CATEGORY: Residential Plumbing
COMPENSATION TYPES: Hourly + Commission (Negotiable as well)

Has prior field experience preferred
Is a dependable self-starter
Provides exceptional customer service
Possesses leadership qualities and enjoys working with a team
Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
Is available to work rotating nights/weekends
Requirements
Experience in residential plumbing service, sales and repair.
Highly organized and motivated
Be able to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable)
Excellent communication skills
Work well on a team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check
Benefits
Compensation: $80K-$150K/Year
