We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Roofing Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on residential properties. Be able to perform reroof and repairs
Conduct safety inspections to ensure all work is done within safety guidelines
Remove debris and clean-up job sites after completing roofing projects
Accurately estimate time and materials needed for roofing jobs
Communicate with account managers on all aspects of the project including scheduling, materials, and work progress
Identify potential problems with roofing and make appropriate repairs
Collaborate with account manager and project manager to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
Must have an active workers comp and general liability policy
Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all roofing equipment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Possess a valid driver's license
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Live currently in the U.S
