Summary:
This role will be an integral team member for a Workday migration initiative focusing on communication, change management and training.

Responsibilities:
You will also support Change Management for Workday implementations which includes documentation, communication, change management and training.
Develop documentation that is required for change management, communication and training.
Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, creative, and proactive communication and training material that are consistent with the organization's overall strategies.
Develop all Workday communications with a focus on driving user adoption and self-service.
Develop and maintain sustainable training courses.
Assist in leading Change Management & Training for new users.
Serve as Workday Training Coordinator and stay abreast of new training offerings for internal team.
Assist in the documentation of Workday processes, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the implemented solutions.
Apply project management methodologies to ensure execution across all workstreams and project phases and with consideration to other day-to-day finance and HR responsibilities.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient and comfortable with Workday.
Coordinate training delivery and maintain a 'catalog' of available training resources for future use.
Facilitate communication and information flow between business partners and project teams to refine requirements and deliver on project goals against long-term roadmaps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience in Workday implementations focusing on change management, communications and training.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Finance .
Proficiency in change management, business process improvements, and developing employee training programs.
High self-motivation and initiative, committed to delivering excellence.
Demonstrated track record of strategic and tactical contributions at a consistently high level.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates .
Demonstrated creative disposition and technical acumen.
Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
