Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Lookout Pest Control in South Birmingham. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent pest control services to our residential and commercial customers.At Lookout Pest Control, we take pride in delivering top-notch services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We are a leading pest control company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. With our commitment to excellence, we have built a strong reputation in the Tennessee area and are looking to expand our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform pest control treatments according to company standards and protocols
Conduct inspections of customer properties to identify pest problems, determine the extent of infestation, and develop appropriate treatment plans
Educate customers on pest prevention and recommend appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate future infestations
Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete all necessary paperwork
Collaborate with team members and management to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Pest Control Technician license or certification
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician in the pest control industry
Strong knowledge of pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Requirements
