Overview:

One of our Enterprise Financial Service Clients is hiring new team of Third Party Risk Analyst to support a growing effort and team build out. The role will be responsible for participating in a variety of assigned and ongoing operations activities to support the third-party life cycle phases (i.e., planning (completion of IRQ), due diligence, contracting, on-going monitoring, and termination) for affiliate relationships globally.

This effort will include oversight of stakeholders, supporting line of business representatives in the completion of their assigned tasks (e.g., IRQ completion), and fielding inquiries during the IRQ, diligence, and on-going monitoring process.

Upon completion of these activities, these resources will communicate the results to upstream and downstream stakeholders.

Overview:

You will also track, monitor, and escalate aged requests to ensure timely completion as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, templates. Finally, these resources may be required to support various training and awareness efforts, along with developing and delivering reporting to key stakeholders.

Candidate will be a proven self-starter capable of driving results independently and in a team setting. They will communicate professionally and effectively with various levels of the organization, providing relevant data to tell a story and drive business results. In addition, a successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work efforts, prioritizing effectively across competing tasks and deliverables.

Requirements:

Third Party Risk/Compliance (External third party is preferred) i.e. IRQ, due diligence, ongoing monitoring

Strong Excel skills - hands on with Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and if statements to aggregate and filter data

Helpdesk mindset and able to work diligently on their own with assigned tasks
