OPERATOR ASSISTANT/ASSEMBLER - 2nd SHIFT Are you asking yourself what you would really do in this role? You would Support Caregivers and Protect Patients! Job Summary We are currently seeking an operator assistant/assembler. At the TIDI Products plant in Neenah, WI, operator assistants are responsible for order preparation, manual assembly, and packing finished goods. This role is an important one, as the finished products will be used by healthcare professionals who count on us to provide them with the tools they need to safely and effectively do their jobs. 1st shift positions are available, with working hours of 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday or 3:00 pm - 1:00 am Monday - Thursday. The starting pay rate for operator assistants is $16.00 per hour. 2nd shift associates receive a shift differential of $1.00 per hour. Upon completion of the training period, machine operators are eligible to move up to the next level and receive a pay increase! Essential responsibilities of the operator assistant are: Safe operation of equipment Manual assembly of finished goods Performance of product and packaging inspections to identify defects. Accurate completion of device history record (DHR) paperwork and label verifications Weighing, wrapping, moving, loading & unloading materials Making minor adjustments to equipment. Responsible for neat and accurate production reports and quality check sheets on a daily basis, with direction from trainer What can you expect from TIDI? At TIDI Products, we will work with purpose.
