Job summary
Foreground is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of paid media (e.g., paid search, paid social, remarketing, affiliate). You will work with external partners and internal teams to plan support, monitor progress, report on performance and keep key stakeholders informed. This is a key role for a results-oriented person with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, and guide the teams he/she works with to successfully deliver on our growth marketing strategy.The ideal candidate is confident, adaptive, energetic, inquisitive, and a self-starter; passionate and driven while having great attention to detail; a clear and confident communicator, proactive in their approach and able to plan ahead in order to mitigate risk. Comfortable working independently and with a group of varied senior and junior colleagues, and able to adjust priorities without skipping a beat.

Characterized with a strong growth and learning mindset, the chosen candidate must also demonstrate the ability to be innovative, spot trends, and identify high-value digital opportunities in media.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of paid media (e.g., paid search, paid social, remarketing, affiliate), including managing the agency, allocating the budget, developing strategy, in-depth analysis of results, and ongoing optimization efforts.
* Develop coordinated marketing strategies that align to company priorities and deliver on brand objectives.
* Execute strategies for new and existing growth channels regardless of media platform to deliver maximum return on investment.
* Create and manage scalable omni-channel marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey.
* Responsible for achieving attributed revenue, gross margin and ROI goals, efficiency metrics, and new customer acquisition targets of assigned brands.
* Use and analyze data to identify and develop actionable recommendations and optimizations to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
* Lead campaign performance analysis - producing insightful, data-driven analysis, demonstrating the effectiveness of plans and optimizations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of proven and measurable experience in media, advertising/marketing, or consulting; Agency experience a plus.
* Minimum $10M annual advertising budget managed to be considered.
* Advanced knowledge of digital analytics, goal/event tracking, and tag management.
* Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
* eCommerce experience required. Saas experience highly preferred.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Mode and Tableau is critical.
