Job Description
Key Required Skills:
Familiar working w/advanced technical principles, theories, and concept; Well versed w/ ServiceNow products; previous experience working on complex technical problems, providing innovative solutions; experience working w/highly experienced/tech resources.
Skills Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer
7 years of experience with IT Service Management, Operations Management and Change Management
5 years of experience with ITAM and CMBD with Data Management focus
5 years of experience with ServiceNow Implementation (applications, integrations, platforms, etc.)
ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification
Required Skills
Extensive background and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform providing administration tasks, provisioning, ticket research and response, reporting, and maintenance activities.
ServiceNow certifications: (e.g., Implementation Specialist in: Discovery, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Mapping, Event Management or Cloud Provisioning and Governance).
ITIL Certification.
Expertise in ServiceNow Platform.
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure environments (Mainframe, RHEL and Windows), networks, clustered and virtual storage solutions.
Experience working with network operating systems as well as programming or scripting languages.
Desired Skills
Experience working in challenging, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Flexible, driven and results oriented.
Passionate and determined to create a ServiceNow Environment different from its' current state.
Delivering training to coworkers and/or clients on custom product builds.
