Acentra seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The ADW UM staff provides a broad range of administrative service support to the WV Aged and Disabled Wavier, Nursing Home and/or Personal Care team and to the external customer. The position supports the ADW and PC clinical staff with day-to-day functions as well as performing primary customer service and technical assistance functions. The ADW UM staff provides telephone support to ADW, PC and NH-PAS members and providers/facilities.

*Position is hybrid. Candidate is required to report to the Charleston, WV office once a week.

Job Responsibilities:

Provides program support to the ADW, NH-PAS and PC programs

Prepare and mail notice of decision and other program letters

Assist callers with billing, CareConnection©, general program and other questions/concerns

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (advance degree/certificate preferred)

1+ years in an administrative support or customer service position.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

Knowledge of the Aged and Disabled Wavier, Personal Care and/or Nursing Home-PAS program policies and procedures.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Microsoft programs experience with CareConnection© preferred

Must be flexible.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $30,000 - $35,000

Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicants placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
