Leak Detection Project Manager - Los Angeles, CA

GPRS is looking for a self-motivated, professional with a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset to join our Los Angeles area team. This position will provide leak detection and utility locating field services for our clients, while increasing GPRS's leak detection presence in the market. Client service is a top priority on site and this position will build and maintain client relationships through providing exceptional service.

Critical thinking, driven individuals looking to deliver excellent service to established clients as well as have a hand in building their market should consider applying for this position.
Candidate must live within or be willing to move within 50 miles of Los Angeles

* Possess effective communication skills; both oral and written
* Ability to meet an up to 30% of overnight travel requirement
* Previous educational background preferred in construction management, surveying technology, engineering or relevant job experience
* Previous experience in water leak locating

* Previous GPR experience is preferred. If inexperienced, must be able to learn how to use GPR and other equipment to complete locating projects as necessary
* Must be physically capable of carrying up to 75 pounds
* Work / walk on concrete and/or walk for long periods of time
* Are comfortable working on small to large construction sites
* Possess skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
* Must have the ability to drive the company provided vehicle to multiple job sites per day

* Must live within 50 miles of Los Angeles

* Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends as needed
* Are willing to travel on short notice
* Must be self-motivated this is a home office based position, and candidates must have the self-motivation to meet our existing customers needs and be willing to work (hard) to increase our customer base

This position has a base salary as well as bonus structure based upon meeting monthly goals. Your income is determined by your ability to sell yourself, your high level of water leak locating knowledge/skills, and your high level of customer service.
