Cloud Security Analyst
Salary: 29.30-53.04/hour
The salary of the position is based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.
Job Description:
The Cloud Security Analyst reviews and makes recommendations for current cloud engagements, works with cloud vendors and internal teams to design, document and provision cloud security controls for new cloud implementations and assist with migration of existing unsecure could environments to EHC contracts and recommended protect instances, address immediate critical findings from assessments.
The Analyst must be experienced in public cloud deployments, system integration, design and implementation.
Skilled in multiple functional areas including product release, implementation, project management and strategic IT planning, including policy development and service improvement.
Able to grasp and integrate new ideas to achieve desired results.
Has proven ability to effectively manage large teams across a broad spectrum of products and services continuously creating value.
Possesses hands-on experience as a proven and effective technology leader.
Has a detailed understanding of business and technical requirements and the experience to make an immediate contribution as a collaborative manager to improve processes and build revenue.
Ability to simplify and translate complex technology to all audiences from C-level executives to junior engineers.
Demonstrate efficacy in negotiating alignment across technical, business and security requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in computer science, business administration, or equivalent discipline from an accredited college or university required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college/university may be substituted with equivalent professional experience.
Azure experience required.
2-4 years of experience in IT/IS preferred.
2-4 years of experience in an information security or information privacy role with experience in securing cloud, machine learning and big data security and internetworking devices and software, including some experience with large mission-critical networks is preferred.
Awareness or ability to understand HIPAA, HITECH, and other appropriate information security and information privacy regulatory requirements for healthcare entities.
Any of the following certifications is a plus: PMP, ITIL, or any of the following Information Security Certifications: CISSP, HCISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CPHIMS, PCIP, GSEC, GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CEH, GPEN, and PMP.
