Job summary
Overview:As a Maintenance Manager at University Retirement Community, youll lead our Maintenance team in ensuring efficient and effective completion of inspection, repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment. Not only will you be responsible for keeping our campus operating smoothly, youll be an integral part of our Facility Services leadership team by helping others develop their potential and building strong relationships with our residents.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm. Must be available for after hourse emergency call in.
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / annually DOE
Were focused on setting you up for success - proven experience in preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, life safety and utility systems and/or general building repair will allow you to manage what really matters providing top tier service to both our residents and your team.
