12 months of role experience is required.
12 months of travel experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Area of coverage is so vast for Mass General Brigham Home Care North. These teams are out of the Beverly and Chelsea Office.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
1 Year Home Care experience
Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years.
