6+ Months Contract
Roles & Responsibilities:
Review functional needs with business analysts, subject matter experts, and product owners.
Define detailed step-by-step execution summary of main & alternate flows of the identified functional requirement.
Review and confirm functionality for accuracy with SMEs and analysis team members. Wire Frame Definition
Work with architecture staff to understand the screen layout approach and supported capabilities that can be used on a screen.
Use wire frame tooling to generate screen mockups demonstrating the different states and conditions an application will be in, to meet the needs of the identified functionality.
Review and understand user experience standards which are expected to be implemented on screens. Requirements Definition
Create/update functional requirements documentation using markdown language.
Create/update wire frame images to reflect the steps that are being executed.
Track status of requirements in documentation Review and Sign Off
Work with Product Owners, SMEs, Application Development, and Quality Assurance staff members to review and sign off on delivered functional requirements.
Skills Required:
2+ years of gathering requirements, leading joint application design sessions, defining requirements use case, story, or business requirements.
2+ years of experience either writing application software code, or definition of wire frames following the direction of the development team.
Authoring documentation using markup technologies such as HTML or Markdown.
Experience managing requirements and scope in Azure DevOps.
Use Case Management Tools to manage requirements.
Wire Frame Tool Experience (such as Balsamiq) for creating screen mockups.
Can Demonstrate the Following During Interviews During the interview the candidate is expected to demonstrate experience and provide examples of the following.
What approach they have used for gathering information from customers to define a requirement.
What approach they have used to review existing software systems.
Approach or process they use to manage building multiple requirements in parallel.
What approach they have used for working with developers to understand functionality of an existing system.
How they manage getting questions answered from staff members in a timely manner.
