At a Glance:Were seeking a driven Market Development Manager who is passionate about training, building relationships, and driving sales. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible opportunity! As the Market Development Manager, you will communicate with both consumers and store associates to represent our clients popular Robotic Vacuum products within well-known home furnishings, home improvement, and/or consumer electronics retailers. You will use your ability to approach and engage customers while providing fun and relevant demonstrations that will help close the sale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Train, develop and educate retail sales specialists on the features and benefits of client's products
Build and cultivate strong relationships with store associates and management as a trusted ally and brand representative
Share observations, concerns, and potential solutions for what works and what can be improved, and report results daily
Merchandise retail locations with visual displays and in-store promotional material
Implement and troubleshoot visual merchandising
Coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events at retail locations
Deliver excellent sales/customer service and proactively greet, educate, and engage customers and store staff on featured products or promotions
Work with store managers and sales associates in big box retail environments to develop plans that will create sales
Provide impactful training and education to retail sales associates on the features and benefits of client's products
Build strong partnerships with the store sales associates, providing value through the support of your assigned stores
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education
High school diploma or GED, college education preferred
2 years of retail sales or customer service experience- consumer electronics or vacuum experience a plus!

Ability to easily connect with customers and store staff
Ability to understand, retain, and articulate product details in an ongoing, enthusiastic, and confident manner

Strong selling and demonstrating techniques when executing demo day events

Ability to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines with reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to travel within a designated market
