We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable *Sales Representative* to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, top notch customer reviews, and a highly-trained in-house call center to provide our sales representatives the best sales opportunities in the industry.

This is a 1099 contractor position.

W2 position available with salary plus commission. Health insurance (dental, medical, vision) & 401k match.

In this role, you will receive _pre-set, pre-qualified appointments_. You will be responsible to meet with customers in their homes, assessing their needs for new floor-covering and providing solutions to satisfy those needs from the widest selection of brand carpet and flooring products.

*Responsibilities:*
* Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
* Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
* Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
* Availability to work weekends.
* Educate customers on which products will best fit their unique needs.
* Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
* Participate in regular sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training as required.
* Maintain current knowledge of trends in products, services, policies and procedures.

*Qualifications:*
* 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
* Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
* Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
* Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
* Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
