Job summary
Roles & Responsibilities* Performs general and detailed cleaning on remodeling, restoration and renovation projects, including mold remediation.
* Clean & restore customer contents, job sites and general demolition areas.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
* At least 2 years of residential and/or commercial cleaning experience.
* Good mobility skills - to lift, bend and climb.
* Can lift 40lbs.
* Customer service skills - you're patient, attentive and maintain a positive attitude.
* willing to be on rotation call for water emergency services.
* Works well independently and without supervision.
* Can teach and train others.
Working Conditions
* May work in cramped spaces
* May work in various elements of weather
* Travel to job sites in personal vehicle (company vehicle may or may not be an option)
Physical Requirements
* Frequent lifting, standing, kneeling and heavy-lifting
* Bending and twisting of body
* Repeating the same movements
* Be physically active for long periods
