Position Description
This position is responsible for organizational readiness and deployment of the Division modernization projects. This position assists with managing all aspects of change associated with the modernization of the organization to align with business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. This person will focus on the people-side of change. This position will work with the project team and organizational leaders to ensure adoption, utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.??
Skills Required
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Deep understanding of change management and how communications tie in to building the awareness and adoption of a new software Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively coach and mentor others; must be able to lead by influence Possesses knowledge and experience in end-user training strategy
Skills Preferred
Technologically savvy and / or unafraid to dive into new processes and systems to test and experiment; focused on results in a fast-moving, hands-on environment Sound judgment to drive communications initiatives, with excellent skills in stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building Strong ability to multitask as there are multiple modernization projects

Roles and Responsibilities: Reports to the Change Management Manager and follows the Organizational Change Management Strategy and Plan for two large software modernization projects Supporting the State of Arizona's Change Management Strategy and Plan Work closely with Change Management Manager to strategize, plan and deliver impactful Communication Plans for both projects Identifies and manages resolution of potential organizational obstacles? Perform/assess Stakeholder and change impact analysis identifying potential project impacts/risks Complete overall change management assessment? Support the execution of the training plans for both projects Work with project team to create content, including writing communications and digital content for distribution Work closely and ensure buy-in from the executive leadership team (ELT) and across the organization Manage change management activities in the OCM Roadmap
