We are seeking someone to join our Retail Field Leadership team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will assure effective implementation and execution of company plans and strategies in assigned district. You will also achieve financial objectives including: sales, payroll, and shrink.

What Youll Be Doing:
Enhance recruitment: Utilize all available tools to recruit, hire, train, and develop Store Sales Managers while creating a professional culture where associate contributions are valued, respected, and appreciated

Performance analysis: Analyze reports to evaluate store and district performance while creating and executing strategic action plans to address variances to company standards and expectations

Field communication: Communicate regularly with field management on performance results and remedial actions needed

Best practice: Identify and communicate best practices to the field organization that create a focus on sales and building customer relationships

Visual standards: Ensure visual merchandising standards are effectively implemented and maintained in assigned territory

Regulatory compliance: Assure compliance, education, and support of all federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations including pay, meal and rest breaks, and state/provincial-specific requirements in assigned district

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!:
Must live or be local to Pheonix, AZ (relocation not included)

5+ years of retail store management experience (multi-unit management preferred)

Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet
