Overview:
Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis reporting to the Director, Finance. The Sr. Manager, FP&A will be a key leader within the FP&A team, focused on orchestrating the budgeting and forecasting cycles within the company, and producing relevant and actionable management reporting and analytics. The Sr. Manager, FP&A will be responsible for maintaining repeatable and scalable processes that support a fast-paced growing SaaS company. This role will partner very closely with the Sr. leadership throughout the organization on matters relating to the delivery of financial and operational performance that will enable the company to achieve its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Prepare annual financial plans & forecasts including monthly/quarterly projections, annual operating business plan and line of business budgets.

Administer variance analysis for budget, planning, forecasting, and reporting including all operating and board reporting packages.

Provides reasoning for variances and makes recommendations relative to revenue, expenditures, and reserves.

Organize and evaluate quantitative data to identify and explain trends, opportunities, and root causes.

Work cross-functionally to create visibility into financial performance and understand key operational metrics within the organization to recommend new opportunities and risks.

Support internal and external financial and management reporting.

Independently pursues fundamental problem solving and documents the recommendations to leadership.

Utilizes standard financial tools to input, retrieve or report financials.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Qualifications include:

Bachelors degree in finance and/or accounting desired.

10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related field.

Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within the Enterprise SaaS industry.

Strong business judgement, conviction, and confidence to communicate and influence effectively with business partners.

Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point required, with particular focus on financial modeling.

Proficiency in the use of software applications, databases, extensive knowledge of spreadsheets-a must, and/or word processing required.

Knowledge of Adaptive, Salesforce and NetSuite tools preferred

The ability to be organized, strategically focused, and detail oriented is essential.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $135,000$150,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicants skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
