This position is responsible for providing rebating support for field sales and distributors, managing the Professional rebates portal, owning and designing a ticketing system for internal issue resolution and tracking, and partering in the management of our end user customer accounts.

Manage the Professional Rebates Mailbox (30%)
Develop and manage a ticketing system for the Professional Rebates Mailbox
Manage Ticket Resolution
Rebating Field Support (30%)
Manage distributor portal access: new access, access terminations, portal issues
Manage distributor payee records (process new distributor W9 requests, changes)
GPO Tier, Member, Eligibility Validation (from distributor, field sales)
Distributor and GPO Support (20%)
Price activations
Create, organize, and publish GPO rosters to field sales and Forge, along with evaluating on-going tier activations; 28 rosters + 1 master file with 2.5M GPO members
Support the monthly process of Alias Management reviewing all mismatched addresses/locations in rebates tied to GPO contracts
Rebate File support (10%)
Publish Distributor Backup Reports to Distributors, Field Sales, and box
Publish GPO Admin Fee Reports to GPOs, Sales Planning, and Field Sales
CRM End User Support (10%)
Account Management Operators (End Users)
Account Quarterly Updates
Requirements:
Years and Type of Experience:
Minimum:
3-5 years of previous data support experience and a high Microsoft Excel proficiency
Skills and Abilities:

High proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel)
