Technical Lead for process development and improvement projects
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Support wafer process development in collaboration with design and process engineering teams
* Identify needs for new process technology and development them through collaboration with process owners
* Define layout rules for new product platforms and develop mask design for new products
* Participating in establishing fab processing requirement for new products
* Collaborate with logistics, quality and other functional teams to setup, qualify and release new products
* Assist process and yield engineering teams by providing technical support of trouble shooting and yield improvement
* Support quality team with root cause analysis
* Routinely report technical results to external customer
