Our Security and Safety team is in need of an hourly Analyst in Denver, CO. Join our team!
The Analyst will report directly to the Principal Manager/Project Manager and under general supervision, you will provide security management expertise on a wide variety of projects, related to physical security, crime prevention, public safety, and regulation compliance.
The Analyst is responsible for providing technical and physical security planning, physical security assessments, physical security program management support, evaluation and conceptual design of physical security systems, and regulatory compliance oversight of required security program standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine assignments which are clearly defined and require the application of standard analysis and planning techniques, procedures, and criteria
Prepare basic analysis details and outlines, technical specifications, studies, and reports, and provide support of broader security and safety activities.
Perform research, studies, computations, and analysis; and prepare routine technical reports or sections of reports.
Interface with the client and their stakeholders to gather information or documents and collect data.
Prepare and conduct training on various security and safety related topics.
Attend project meetings, regular staff meetings, and participate in problem solving and discussion of security related issues.
Office work environment although work will be performed from time to time in the field at project sites.
May be required to work in confined spaces.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Interact closely with subject matter experts in research of technical information and input.
Perform other assigned tasks, as required for successful project performance in keeping with Gannett Fleming processes, goals, and vision.
Must be able to independently travel and be physically present in the office at a client site, as required, in the performance of job responsibilities; anticipated travel is less than 20% away from assigned client site.

Minimum Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college or university.
Certification from a recognized security, public safety, or cybersecurity organization is encouraged. (i.e., certification from ASIS International such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and/or Physical Security Professional (PSP) is advantageous.)
Minimum of Five (5) or more years of hands-on security management experience including aspects of security assessments; implementation and management of operational security measures and procedures is preferred.
Three (3) or more years of experience as a customer-facing security consultant or compliance management is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding on how to implement security standards, guidelines, procedures, and best practices is required.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local, state, or federal regulations and requirements within the various regulatory agencies such as NERC, FERC, and DHS-CISA is preferred.
Must possess and demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills that are clear and concise.
Ability to use initiative to effectively manage individual work schedule and prioritize workload, with general supervision.
Comprehend and quickly learn technical, physical security terminology, and read and interpret physical security drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Able to work and interact positively as part of a multi-discipline team, both in-person and in remote settings.
Good presentation skills and experience speaking and teaching in front of large groups is required.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
A valid United States drivers license.
