We are actively seeking skilled Medium to Heavy Duty Diesel Truck Technicians (Class A, B, & C) to join our dynamic team working on Ford, GMC, Hino, Isuzu, Kenworth, Mack, Rosenbauer, and Volvo.Responsibilities:
As a mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel engine industrial trucks in accordance with dealership and factory specifications. Key responsibilities include:
Efficiently and accurately performing work outlined on repair orders, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
Diagnosing the cause of malfunctions and executing necessary repairs.
Conducting thorough examinations of assigned vehicles to identify additional safety or service requirements.
Documenting all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
Actively participating in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events to stay updated on industry advancements.
Staying informed about manufacturer technical bulletins.
Maintaining accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals, ensuring their proper storage and condition.
Adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Operating all tools and equipment safely.
Job Requirements:
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
CDL is a plus.
Must have own tools.
Motivated, proactive, focused, and well-organized.
Maintains a high level of professionalism.
A minimum of 3 years of experience or more.
