Job summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be willing to act as an escort for Costume Characters at designated times
Maintain character costume (clean, mend, brush)
Adhere to and maintain all WB Licensing Regulations and Standards
Attend special events inside and outside the park (promotions, photo shoots, etc.) this includes helping prepare by packing characters and equipment
Meet and greet guests (shake hands, give hugs, dance)
Support and promote guest first philosophy
Maintain a regular prompt attendance record
Must adhere to grooming code standards
Assist with other tasks and duties as deemed necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be at least 15 years of age
Should be between the heights of 411 and 510
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must have good conversation skills
Must fit all WB Licensing Standards
Must possess an outgoing and positive personality
Must be in good physical condition
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Must be able to maintain high energy while working outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
