About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll be the wizard behind the scenes ensuring every guest experiences the magic they've been dreaming of. Join our merry band of Merlin's and make smiles your specialty!

Essential Job Functions:

Lead our team of merry-makers to deliver unforgettable guest experiences, earning top marks and mystery visit high-fives!

Be the fairy godmother of fun, spreading positivity and joy wherever you go!

Ensure our attraction sparkles brighter than a fairy's wand, maintaining impeccable standards of service and safety.

Lead by example, showing off your wizardry in all areas of the attraction.

Wave your magic wand to support training and development, making sure our team is always ready for their close-up.

Help us summon those revenue metrics with your commercial know-how.

Work your magic with the General Manager to conjure up labor budgets and schedules for all seasons.

Main Responsibilities:

Be the guardian of safety and operational excellence, keeping our attraction as spellbinding as ever.

Keep our General Manager in the loop on all things guest experience, even when they're off on their own magical quests.

Ready to step up as a Duty Manager whenever the need arises.

Dive into every role in the attraction, from casting spells to scrubbing cauldrons.

Make sure our doors open on time, every time, with all attractions in tip-top condition.

Be the chief cheerleader for our team, giving them the pep talks and feedback they need to shine like stars.

Help us find the next generation of magic-makers by lending a hand with recruiting and training.

Keep your eye on the crystal ball, reporting on everything from admission metrics to dwell time.

Cast your spell over our team, guiding them to their full potential with personal development plans and training sessions.

Handle any hiccups with ease, ensuring our guests' experience is as smooth as a fairy's wings.

Set sail on the sea of complaints, resolving any issues with grace and finesse.

Keep the magic alive with daily team briefings, spreading the enchantment far and wide.

Encourage creativity and innovation among our team, because the sky's the limit when it comes to making magic!

Qualifications & Experience:
About You:

Customer service is your superpower, and you've got a soft spot for families and kids.

You're a communication wizard, able to work your magic whether you're flying solo or part of a team.

Fast-paced environments don't scare you; in fact, you thrive on the energy!

You've got your high school diploma or GED in your back pocket, and a college degree would be the cherry on top.
