Job Description:
This role will mostly be a support role.
Takes direction/tasks from manager/team leads
The Junior Data Analyst interact with vendors
Manage Excel trackers
Work in vendor portals
Work closely with project implementation teams
· Partner with our TEM (Telecom Expense Management) Vendor:
Inventory management
Audit Reviews
Reporting
Research in both internal and external systems
Asset management
Reporting
Data Analysis
Skills and behaviors needed for the role:
1-5 years of telecom expense management experience
Basic knowledge about different modes of telecommunication and how they generate expenses for the company
Accomplished time management skills, prioritizing large workloads, holding self and others accountable for their deliverables
Excellent communication, observation, and analytical skills
Accelerated Excel competency required to analyze, reconcile, and manipulate large amounts of data
Ability to analyze expenses, identify patterns, and recommend actions to reduce cost
Committed to building strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, excelling at stakeholder management
Knowledge of accounting and financial management
Understanding of invoice, allocation, and organizational hierarchy in relation to accounting practices
