What you will be doing

Assisting with sprinkler inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA.

Job Duties

· Follow and maintain sprinkler inspection schedule.

· Troubleshooting sprinkler systems and perform necessary minor repairs.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Demonstrate the ability to work with other vendors.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Able to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

· Demonstrate a high level of customer service.

· Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.

· Positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly.

Preferred

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements.

Knowledge of fire pumps is a plus.

Service background is a plus.

NICET Level I Sprinkler certification is a plus.

Inspection experience in fire sprinkler is a plus.

Oregon backflow certification is a plus.
