Job Description:

We are looking to add a Store Operations Manager to our family here at . Our SOM is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day to day operations of the store, while adhering to Global Partners policies and procedures.

Alltown Fresh is a newly launched brand that is part of , expected to disrupt and forever change the traditional convenience store market. In addition to fuel for vehicles, Alltown Fresh offers local communities healthy, fresh food choices and made-to-order meals including organic, natural, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and locally-sourced alternatives all in a rush-free environment where neighbors can hang out with one another. We believe people shouldnt need to sacrifice healthy and fresh food choices for convenience. Alltown Fresh is the first convenience market in America to offer fresh food choices, as well as gas/diesel, a café, coffee, outdoor seating, groceries, craft beer (when permitted), wifi, pet relief areas, traditional snack options, phone and electric car charging stations.

Gauges of Responsibility

Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline

Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt (hourly) employees, holding them accountable for upholding operational standards.

Monitors shift cash handling and inventory. Assists in investigations of shortages/overages of $100 per month or less as well as inventory variations of 1% of sales or less

Maintains business records, review cashier accountability sheets and records prescribed by the General Manager and or Territory Manager

Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and/or other administrative duties as requested, adhering to all Global Partners cash control policies.

Maintain Grand Opening Ready Standards According to Global Partners store image standards

Maintains high levels of cleanliness and sanitation

Ensures store is secure and safe; complies with all safety and environmental guidelines.
Reporting any issues to proper authority as well as management.

Ensure adequate gasoline levels as well as coordinate gasoline deliveries

Engage in all company promotional initiatives

Promotes a high level of guest service

Perform duties as required by company policies and procedures (encompasses Company Hand Book) and any other duties assigned by your General Manager/ Territory Manger.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays

1-2 years supervisory experience

Ability to work unsupervised

Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately

Ability to perform basic computer functions

Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Ability to work in intermittent temperatures; i.e. outside, cooler, ect..,

Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb latter/stairs and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift

Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent
