Overview:IT Support Engineer
Pay Range: $50-$54k

Responsibilities:
Handle end user support tickets with empathy & a service mindset. Building trusting relationships with company stakeholders
Work with senior team members on projects both internal & customer facing. Grow in project execution skills
Administer Office365 managing accounts, group changes, and sharepoint site administration
Troubleshoot endpoint device issues, finding solutions and identifying patterns to proactively resolve future problems
Provide end user network support of DNS, DHCP, WiFi, and ethernet
Build educational materials in a knowledge base, solution article and FAQs
Work within the ticketing system, and recommend improvements to reduce incidents and improve team efficiency
Administer EMR, Phone, Communication adhering to compliance and security standards
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in customer support, providing quality service with clear communication
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues. You can break down a problem into pieces and work it in methodical manner
A desire to learn and grow your technical skills. Through team training and self study
Knowledge of Active Directory, Office365, and Intune
Knowledge of basic networking, DNS, DHCP, OSI Model
Security and compliance (HIPAA) knowledge a plus
Preferred minimum two years of IT support experience
Ability to take ownership of problems, seek solutions from resources and deliver a solution
A can-do attitude, excellent judgement and decision making skills, attention to detail, , ability to multi-task and active listening skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the role, including openness to regular feedback
Ability to pass a state background check and work in an office setting
